Payment Options

We accept payments online via our secure eBizCharge checkout. Credit cards that are accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.

Fulfillment

We have one of the fastest fulfillment operations in the industry.  All items ordered ship on average within one week of the order being placed.  Excluding holiday days that fall within that week.  Our flat rate shipping delivers your package in approximately 3 days.  If you have a special shipping circumstance or rush preference needed you can call or email us before placing your order.  Our staff will do everything possible to accommodate your rush preference.  Additional fees do apply for rush deliveries.  For more information about your order simply sign up for an account.  From your account you can see your order history, check on your order status and track your shipments.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

TALTAC stands behind the quality, comfort and durability of its products.  You have 30 days from the time your holster is shipped to test your holster.  If you are not completely satisfied with its performance, you may return the holster; no questions asked.

Warranty

Lifetime warranty covers any defective hardware (screws, posts, loops, clips).  A Repair Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any products to TALTAC.  If any part of your TALTAC Holster breaks from a defect or product failure under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it for free.  TALTAC will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any of its products that are returned to TALTAC. The warranty is valid as long as the products have not been misused, disassembled or tampered with in any way and if the cause for the claim is related to poor material or workmanship. Returned product must be accompanied by proof of purchase such as dated receipt.

Lifetime warranty is good as long as TALTAC holster division is in business.  You will be asked to send the defective part back to us which includes you paying shipping.  TALTAC will send the replacement part to you free of charge and shipped back to you at our expense.  Parts broken from mishandling or misuse will not be covered.  Holsters or products incorrectly ordered are subject to the same policy as a return.  We will be happy to send you a new correct product minus the original return fees below for the incorrect order.

Returns

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any products to TALTAC.  If you would like to return a TALTAC product, return shipping will be at your expense.  Our original shipping costs are nonrefundable.  A 20% restocking charge for the return will be deducted from your refund.  TALTAC products must be returned in like new quality.  All returns must be received by TALTAC within 30 days from the time the item was originally shipped from TALTAC or the day it was purchased in person.  To begin the return process, please send us a message using the contact form on our website, ship returns to PO Box 190603, Boise, Idaho 83719-0603.
