Payment Options

We accept payments online via our secure eBizCharge checkout. Credit cards that are accepted include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex.


We have one of the fastest fulfillment operations in the industry.  All items ordered ship on average within one week of the order being placed.  Excluding holiday days that fall within that week.  Our flat rate shipping delivers your package in approximately 3 days.  If you have a special shipping circumstance or rush preference needed you can call or email us before placing your order.  Our staff will do everything possible to accommodate your rush preference.  Additional fees do apply for rush deliveries.  For more information about your order simply sign up for an account.  From your account you can see your order history, check on your order status and track your shipments.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

TALTAC stands behind the quality, comfort and durability of its products.  You have 30 days from the time your holster is shipped to test your holster.  If you are not completely satisfied with its performance, you may return the holster; no questions asked.


Lifetime warranty covers any defective hardware (screws, posts, loops, clips) simply contact us for replacement.  If any part of your TALTAC Holster breaks, we’ll repair or replace it for free.  Don’t worry, your lifetime warranty is good as long as were in business.   So as long as were in business, your in business.

Holster must be returned in like new quality.  You will be asked to send the defective part back to us and we will send the replacement part to you free of charge.  Parts broken from mishandling or misuse will not be covered.

Holsters or products incorrectly ordered are subject to the same policy as a return.  We will be happy to send you a new correct product minus the original return fees below for the incorrect order.


If you would like to return the holster or other item, return shipping will be at your expense.  Our original shipping costs are nonrefundable.  A 20% handling and restocking fee for the return will be deducted from your refund.  All returns must be received by TALTAC within 30 from the time the item was originally shipped from TALTAC or the day it was purchased in person.  To process your return, please send us a message using the contact form, then ship your holster to PO Box 190603, Boise, Idaho 83719-0603.
